After three surgeries the doctor prescribed physical therapy with Belinda Foy, a physical therapist and certified hand therapist at North River Physical Therapy. 

In the months following my rehabilitation I made a decision: I was ready for a career change. Years on the road had left me exhausted, and I missed the personal business relationships I had enjoyed during the earlier years of my career.

I’ve always been a self-starter, so I decided to apply my sales skills as a
commercial real estate broker. During my first days as a commercial real estate broker I mailed an introductory card announcing my career change to my friends and former customers and inviting them to use me as a resource. One of my first “takers” was Belinda, who wanted to invest in an office building for her business and build equity in an appreciating property asset. Who would have believed that my FIRST commercial real estate sale would be to the very same person who helped me regain a normal life?
